Agreement

By ordering a service from Seovia you agree to these terms. A proposal, quote or order confirmation from us sets out the scope, price, currency and timeline for each project.

Our services

We provide SEO, link building, content, web development, paid advertising management and AI automation services. Search rankings, traffic and ad results depend on factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific positions, traffic numbers or revenue.

Link placements

Publisher metrics shown on our site are supplier-reported and re-checked before ordering. Publishers set their own editorial rules and may edit, reject or remove content. If a placement goes live and is removed within the replacement window stated in your quote, we will replace it or credit you.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the websites, products and content you send us are legal and that you have the right to promote them. We may decline work in restricted niches or work that breaks publisher or advertising platform rules.

Payment

Work starts once the agreed deposit or full payment is received. Monthly retainers renew each month until either side cancels in writing. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platform unless agreed otherwise.

Confidentiality

We keep your client names, strategies, logins and reports confidential, and we never contact your clients directly unless you ask us to.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Seovia for the service concerned in the three months before the claim.
