Refund Policy

Before work starts

If you cancel before we begin outreach, writing or development, we refund your payment in full, minus any payment processing fees.

Link building and guest posts

Once an article is written or a publisher has accepted the order, that cost is committed. If we cannot deliver a placement that was paid for, we offer a replacement site of equal or higher quality or a refund for that item.

If a live link is removed within the replacement window in your quote, we replace it free of charge.

Monthly services

SEO, ads management and other retainers can be cancelled at any time with written notice before the next billing date. Work already delivered in the current month is not refunded.

Web development and AI projects

Projects are billed in milestones. Approved milestones are non-refundable; unpaid milestones are not charged if you cancel.

How to request a refund

Email nadeemonlin@gmail.com with your order details. We reply within two working days and process approved refunds within 10 working days.
